Privacy Policy — Neat4Us
Updated on September 8, 2026.
This policy explains what data Neat4Us collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be accepted unread.
1. Who handles your data
Neat4Us is operated by SOLIVUS HUB LTDA, Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) 68.185.126/0001-11, with offices at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1572, Suite 1022, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, ZIP 01451-917. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Data Protection Officer: Felipe Parmigiani — admin@solivushub.com
For support matters that do not involve personal data, write to suporte@solivushub.com.
2. The principle: your files never leave your computer
This is the most important part, and it is not a figure of speech.
Neat4Us analyses and cleans your computer locally. Reading the disk, deciding what can be removed, and removing it all happen on your machine. No file of yours is ever uploaded, copied, or read by us.
What leaves your computer are numbers, not content. A real telemetry payload looks like this:
- total, used and free space on each drive, in gigabytes
- disk and memory usage percentage
- how many programs run at startup
- date, cleanup type (temporary files, browsers, uninstall) and how many megabytes were freed
- application version
Note what is not on that list: no file names, no folder paths, no URLs, no addresses you visited. When a browser cleanup records “Edge, 29 MB freed”, that is literally all that is stored — not which pages you visited.
3. What we collect
| Category | Data | When |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Name and email | When you create an account, free or paid |
| Tax data | Tax ID, company name (for business purchases), full address | Paid purchases only, to issue the invoice required by Brazilian law |
| Billing | Stripe customer identifier, plan, status, amounts, dates and invoices | When you subscribe to a paid plan |
| Computer | Identifier derived from your hardware, computer name, Windows user name, operating system and version, application version | When you sign in to the application |
| Machine health | Disk space, memory, temporary files, startup items, cleanup history (date, type and MB freed) | While you use the application |
| Security | Irreversible code derived from your IP address, country, link between machine and account | On access, to prevent fraud and licence misuse |
| Communication | Log of emails we send: recipient, subject and date | When we send a sign-in code, an invitation or a notice |
| Website usage | Language and currency cookie; with your consent, browsing metrics and ad measurement | When you visit neat4us.com |
About the Windows user name
The application records the Windows account name in use, which helps identify a machine in fleets with many computers. Since many people use their own name for that account, we treat it as personal data, with the same protection as everything else.
4. What we do not collect
We list this explicitly so there is no doubt:
- Names or paths of your files
- File contents — documents, photos, or anything stored on your disk
- Browsing history, visited addresses, cookies or saved passwords from your browsers — not even when you use the tool that deletes them
- Your card number — it is entered directly with Stripe and never passes through us
- Screenshots, camera, microphone or keystrokes
- Precise location — we use country only, for pricing and fraud prevention
We also do not sell personal data, and do not hand it to third parties for their own advertising purposes.
5. Why we process each item
Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) requires a legal basis for each purpose. These are ours:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Create your account, authenticate access and activate your licence | Performance of a contract |
| Charge, renew and manage your subscription | Performance of a contract |
| Issue invoices and meet tax and accounting obligations | Compliance with a legal obligation |
| Provide support and answer requests | Performance of a contract |
| Tie a licence to one computer and prevent fraud or misuse | Legitimate interest |
| Understand product performance through aggregate machine health metrics | Legitimate interest |
| Send news and offers by email | Consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Measure website usage and advertising effectiveness | Consent, via the cookie banner |
Where the basis is legitimate interest, we weigh benefit against impact: we use the minimum necessary, never file contents, and never build a personal behavioural profile. You may object to this processing through the DPO contact.
6. Who we share with
We work with suppliers that process data on our behalf, each limited to what their function requires:
| Supplier | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase (on AWS) | Database and authentication | Brazil — São Paulo |
| Stripe | Payment and subscription processing | United States and European Union |
| Bling | ERP, orders and invoicing | Brazil |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | United States |
| GitHub | Installer and update distribution | United States |
| Google (Tag Manager and Analytics) | Website usage metrics | United States — with consent only |
| Meta (Pixel) | Advertising measurement | United States — with consent only |
| Lovable | Website hosting | United States |
We may also share data where there is a legal obligation, court order or request from a competent authority, and in the event of a corporate reorganisation, keeping the conditions of this policy.
7. Where your data lives
Your account, your licence and your machine data are stored in Brazil, on AWS infrastructure in the São Paulo region.
Some suppliers in the table above operate outside Brazil. In those cases there is an international transfer of data, carried out under the safeguards of article 33 of the LGPD, through contractual clauses with each supplier. Where the transfer involves data of individuals in the European Economic Area, it relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account and licence | For as long as the account exists |
| Tax data and issued invoices | 5 years after issuance, as required by Brazilian tax law |
| Payment records and invoices | 5 years, for the same reason |
| Machine health and cleanup history | 12 months |
| Security and fraud prevention records | 6 months |
| Email delivery log | 12 months |
| Analytics cookies | As set by each tool, always revocable |
When you delete your account, we erase your profile, machine data and usage history. Tax data remains for the legal period, because an issued invoice cannot be deleted on request — not by us, and not by you.
9. Your rights
At any time, free of charge, you may request:
- Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully
- Portability to another provider, upon request
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
- Information about who we share your data with — already listed in section 6
- Withdrawal of consent, at any time
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest
To exercise any of these, write to admin@solivushub.com. We answer within 15 days. We may ask for information to confirm it is you — not to make it harder, but to avoid handing your data to someone else.
You can also delete your account directly in the application, and you may lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or, if you are in the European Economic Area, with your local supervisory authority.
10. Cookies on the website
We use two kinds, treated differently:
- Necessary: the `neat4us_locale` cookie, valid for one year, stores your language and currency choice. The site does not work as expected without it, so it does not depend on consent.
- Measurement: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and measure advertising effectiveness. They only load after you accept. Until then nothing is recorded — and there is no queue: anything that happened before consent is discarded.
You can decline in the banner, and change your mind later by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.
11. Security
- All traffic between the application, the website and our servers is encrypted
- The database enforces row-level access control, so each account can only see its own data
- We store no passwords. Access uses a one-time code sent to your email, so there is no password of yours to leak
- We store no card data. It stays with Stripe
No system is immune to incidents. If one occurs that may pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the authorities, as required by article 48 of the LGPD.
12. Business use
When a company licenses Neat4Us for its computer fleet, the roles change: the company is the controller of the data of its computers and staff, and we act as processor, handling data according to its instructions.
In that case, it is the company's duty to inform its staff about the installation and about which indicators appear in the administrative dashboard. Those indicators remain the ones in section 3 — machine health, never file contents.
13. Minors
Neat4Us is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If we identify such an account, it will be closed and the data erased.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change anything material, we will notify you in the application and by email before it takes effect, and update the date at the top of this page. Previous versions are available on request.
